Refund Policy

Product Satisfaction/Refunds:

If you’re not satisfied with your first order of any product, call 1-877-245-3643 or email us at customerservice@nutrientfoods.com within the first 14 days after receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the remaining food back for a full refund, less shipping. Good only for first order of products and limited to one per product per customer. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after receipt of remaining food. Note that amount of days for funds to appear vary by institution.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after checking your bank account, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If after this you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@nutrientfoods.com.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
