Banana Nutrient Smoothie

  • 1 serving of Nutrient Shake (Vanilla)
  • 1 banana (can be frozen)
  • 1 cup of plain almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • Blend
