Healthy No Bake Chocolate Cookies

  • 1 cup almond butter 
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (pure)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (dark)
  • 3 cups of Nutrient Oatmeal Regular or Nutrient Oatmeal No Sugar 

Prep:

  • In a medium saucepan, mix together the first six ingredients
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring frequently 
  • Continue the low boil for two minutes, stirring constantly 
  • Reduce heat and add chocolate chips until they are melted 
  • Remove from pan heat and stir in the oats 
  • Using a rounded tablespoon, scoop the mix onto a tray lined wax paper 
  • Place on tray and freeze for at least 15 minutes
