Orchard Shake

  • 1 serving Original or Apple Cinnamon Nutrient Oatmeal
  • Vanilla Soy or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 a frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen Blueberries

Prep:

  • Grind oats in Nutri-Bullet or food processor
  • Blend with add-ins
