Overnight Nutrient Oats

Awaken your tastebuds to a refreshing treat from the fridge that's loaded with nutrients and opportunities to make it your way.


  • 1 clean jar with lid
  • 1 Nutrient Oatmeal (flavor of choice)
  • 3/4 cup milk (eg. soy milk, almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp nuts and/or seeds.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or other favorite spices)


  1. Fill the jar with 1 pack of Nutrient Oatmeal.
  2. Fill the jar with liquid until the oats are well covered.
  3. Add your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit and nuts.
  4. Throw on your favorite spices.
  5. Twist the lid on top and place in fridge.
  6. Take out of the fridge the next morning and enjoy!
