Roasted Veggie Stir Fry

A classic favorite stir fry made to power your amazing body, not slow you down. Loaded with nutrients, this stir fry will leave you feeling energized and satisfied.


  • 1 serving of Nutrient Rice & Beans
  • Your choice of roasted veggies 


  • Add roasted veggies to a saucepan and cook to preference
  • Prepare rice in approximately 6 oz. of boiling water
  • Cover for 4 to 6 minutes until preferred softness
  • Add Nutrient Rice & Beans blend
  • Stir well
  • Plate the Nutrient Rice & Beans and veggies
