The "Good Morning Jones"

  • 1 serving of any Nutrient Shake of your choice or Nutrient Vitamin Coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 20 - 30 frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of peanut or almond butter
  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds
  • 6 oz. of almond milk or water
  • Blend
