Some of the benefits to this program is preparation is just it's so simple there's no time. For myself, I have like two bowls and a spoon and a fork and a glass that's the extent of my dishes. It's it's very convenient! The food's good, it's simple, it's fast, it's filling, and I just can't argue with the results. That's to me number one. It's been very easy for me to do. No cravings; I used to have a lot of bad habits. We traveled quite a bit and I needed Doritos and Cheetos, and you know just junk just to pass the time, and i don't miss it at all.
