We don’t consider a sale final until the customer still satisfied. Our guarantee is a handshake – a promise that we’ll be fair to each other. So if something’s not working out, we’ll take it back. We want to make sure we keep our guarantee and provide health along the way.

We want to make returns and exchanges easy for you.
We offer a full product guarantee for 30 days after arrival of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with our product and would like a refund, contact our customer service within 30 days of the arrival of your order at email@example.com.
Once your refund request is received by a Customer Service representative, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, amount of days for funds to appear vary by institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We offer a full product guarantee. If you don’t like the product, please do not send back your product. We will refund you for the full amount if you are within the 30-day contact period.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your refund.
Please do not return your product. This is a food product and cannot be restocked. A refund will be provided to you if you do not like the product or the product delivery did not meet expectations.
