Nutrient Recipes


On-The-Go Nutrient Shake


  • 6-8 oz. of soy milk
  • 2 scoops of the shake powder of your choice
Combine in a shaker bottle or blender!

Chocolate PB Nutrient Shake


  • 2 Scoops of the Chocolate Nutrient or Brain Shake
  • 1 Large Scoop of Peanut (or Almond) Butter
  • 6 - 8 oz. of Chocolate (or Vanilla for a lighter-chocolate taste) Soy Milk
Blend!

Chocolate Mocha Nutrient Brain SHake


  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate or Coffee Brain Shake (or 1 scoop of each!)
  • 4 - 6 0z. of Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 - 4 oz. of Chocolate Soy Milk (or the milk of your choice!)
  • 1 ½ cups of Ice
Blend!

Vanilla Latte Nutrient Frap


  • 2 Scoops of the Vanilla Nutrient Shake
  • 6 oz. of Cold Coffee (or espresso)
  • 2 - 3 oz. of Vanilla Soy Milk (or the milk of your choice!)
  • Handful (or 2) of Ice
Blend!

Strawberry Cream Shake


  • 2 Scoops of the Vanilla shake
  • 4 - 6 0z. of [vanilla] Soy milk
  • 1 - 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries
Blend!

The “Good Morning Jones”


  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Nutrient Shake
  • 1 Nutrient Coffee
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 20-30 Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Spoonful of Almond or Peanut Butter
  • 1 Spoonful of Chia Seeds
  • 6 oz. of Almond Milk
  • 3 oz. of Water
  • 2 Ice Cubes

Nutrient Crispies (Healthiest-Unhealthy snack)


  • Melt butter and 1 bag of mini marshmallows on low heat in a non-stick pan.
  • Keep mixing slowly (with a greased or buttered spatula) until completely melted.
  • Turn off oven, remove from heat.
  • Pour the Nutrient Cereal flavor of your choice in a greased glass baking pan (add popped rice cereal for bigger quantities or less marshmallow per bar)
  • Mix the melted marshmallow goo with the Nutrient Cereal well. Press into pan using parchment paper.
  • Let cool in fridge overnight.

  • Make chocolate nutrient shake with preferred milk flavor, Freeze overnight into popsicle molds for a frosty, healthy, tasty treat!

  • Blend or shake 2 Scoops of Vanilla Nutrient Shake and 6 oz. of Orange Juice, Freeze into popsicle molds for a frosty, healthy, tasty treat!

  • Blend or shake 2 Scoops of your preferred shake mix and 6 oz. of soy milk, Add fruit chunks of your choice, Freeze into popsicle molds for a frosty, healthy, tasty treat!
