Rehydrate

Directions:

  • Shake: Mix 1 pack with approximately 8 oz. of liquid and shake well.
  • Oatmeal: Add 5-7 oz. of hot water. Stir, cover, and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  • Hot Rice Cereal: Add 5-7 oz. of boiling water. Cover and let sit for 5-7 minutes.
  • Rice: Combine Nutrient blend and rice, add approximately 6 oz. of boiling water and stir well. Cover for 4-5 minutes. Add more hot water for desired consistency.
  • Noodles: Add 5 oz. of boiling water and cover for 3-5 minutes. Add Nutrient blend and
  • stir well. Add more hot water for desired consistency.
  • Coffee: Add 8 oz. of hot or cold water and stir.
